Warm room in a cold Seoul-ful city

1. The warm floor. Winter in Seoul is really cold. 2. The helpful owners. The man helped us carry our luggage down to where our airport ride was waiting. 3. The location. It was between Myeongdong and Hongdae.

No elevator. Then again, that's to be expected considering the price of the place.

Spacious and clean place in Ewha

I like how the family room is very spacious. I fits all our luggages with plenty of room to move around. The comfortable bed and spacious bathroom further enhance the overall experience.

Consider installing a water dispenser to address instances when there isn't enough water for guests, ensuring a better experience by not just putting 2 bottles at the mini pantry.

I enjoyed the quiet privacy. It was clean and neat and available on short notice. I could imagine staying longer as well.

Having to haul 2 suitcases up old wooden stairs is not great.

Just the Cleanliness of the room and beds

No lift to your room. Need to climb 4 storey of stairs with your luggage yourself. This was unexpected.

The email instructions are excellent.

The room was small but clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed. I had minimal interaction with the staff (as I cannot speak Korean), however the instructions they sent via email were excellent. And they sent all the information I needed to know over multiple messages. The location is good, about 4 to 5 minutes walk to Ewha Womens Univ. subway stop.

The bath towels are really small; hand-towel size (which is OK given they will replace towels for you daily if you wish). It's quite expensive, but then it is Seoul.

Good location right near Sinchon Metro station. Okay for the price point

Good location right near Sinchon Metro station. There were stairs with no elevator, but staff offered to carry luggage up stairs. Wifi worked good. Private bathroom that was good. Adequate room for price point.

Room is small and bed mattress is not the most comfortable, but was okay.

not bad

The room is not very spacious but it's clean and it has a desk where you can work at your laptop. The bed is comfortable but the blanket is plasticky and not very comfortable. They provide toiletries and two small towels. There are many nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

You should be aware that there is no elevator so, if you have a mobility problem or a big suitcase, maybe it's not the right place for you.

I actually liked the room until some really bad thing happened. At night I was bitten by bedbugs! I can't believe it since it's a "hotel" and everything apart from this was alright, but bedbugs are just too much! How dirty is the bed then? They really need to change that, for such high price this is really bad conditions! Even in a worst motel I never experienced bedbugs. I paid money just to get bitten...

Cheap and close to Ewha station which is handy and close enough to hongdae. Very friendly staff.

We liked the staff they were very helpful and kind. The aircon worked well too.

The beds were very very hard and the show had no curtain so water would go everywhere.
